Z bratem Royem Oliverem Disneyem założyli wspólnie przedsiębiorstwo Walt Disney Productions, znaną obecnie pod nazwą The Walt Disney Company, największą korporację medialną świata. Jest twórcą Myszki Miki(pod którą początkowo sam podkładał głos), psa Pluto czy Kaczora Donalda oraz założycielem pierwszego w historii parku rozrywki Disneylandu w 1955 roku.

Walt Disney together with his brother Roy Oliver Disney established Walt Disney Productions, now known as The Walt Disney Company, the largest media corporation in the world. He is the creator of Mickey Mouse (which he himself firstly produced the voice for), dog Pluto and Donald Duck, he was also the first founder in the history of Amusement parks to set up his own park , Disney land in 1955.
